Kazinda family petitions Chief Justice over delayed ruling

Apart from the Constitutional Court ruling, on March 12, 2019, the Court of Appeal acquitted Kazinda on charges of forgery, 35 counts of making documents without authority, and unlawful possession of government stores.


KAMPALA - Five years after the Constitutional Court’s ruling on corruption-related cases, Geoffrey Kazinda is still awaiting a Supreme Court pronouncement.
